Frequently asked questions

How does the 7-day free trial work?
Sign up and connect your Epicor instance immediately. You get full access to every feature for 7 days with no credit card required. If you decide FreightPane is not for you, your account simply expires at the end of the trial.
What happens after my trial ends?
We will prompt you to choose a plan and enter payment details. If you do not subscribe, your account becomes read-only and your customer share links are paused until you reactivate.
Can I switch plans later?
Yes. You can upgrade from Standard to Enterprise at any time and we will prorate the difference. Downgrades take effect at the start of your next billing cycle.
How does billing work?
FreightPane bills monthly via credit card or ACH. Enterprise customers can request annual invoicing with a 10% discount. All prices are in USD.
Can I cancel at any time?
Absolutely. There are no long-term contracts. Cancel from your account settings and your plan remains active through the end of the current billing period.
