- How does the 7-day free trial work?
- Sign up and connect your Epicor instance immediately. You get full access to every feature for 7 days with no credit card required. If you decide FreightPane is not for you, your account simply expires at the end of the trial.
- What happens after my trial ends?
- We will prompt you to choose a plan and enter payment details. If you do not subscribe, your account becomes read-only and your customer share links are paused until you reactivate.
- Can I switch plans later?
- Yes. You can upgrade from Standard to Enterprise at any time and we will prorate the difference. Downgrades take effect at the start of your next billing cycle.
- How does billing work?
- FreightPane bills monthly via credit card or ACH. Enterprise customers can request annual invoicing with a 10% discount. All prices are in USD.
- Can I cancel at any time?
- Absolutely. There are no long-term contracts. Cancel from your account settings and your plan remains active through the end of the current billing period.
